Your new role
As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the management of the payroll processes in case of employee status changes and other specific HR payroll transactions, solving payroll related problems during making analysis, preparing and managing payroll data, and supporting the front office team with payroll-related subjects.
As Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for preparation and processing payroll of subsidiaries of the company, process monthly payroll changes and maintain employee data in the payroll system, preparing and managing payroll data, and supporting employees with payroll-related subjects. Participating in the development of new procedures and policies and providing data for audit purposes will also be part of your tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an ideal candidate if you have at least 2 years’ experience in Hungarian payroll administration, besides background knowledge of the Hungarian law system and reporting to the authorities, have University Degree, good analytic and problem solving skills.
