Our England based multinational client, who manufactures and distributes classic tobacco products and heated tobacco electric devices is looking for a Consumer Experience Manager in the CEE region. The focus in the area is the heated tobacco products and successfully dominating the market. Evolving and sustainability is essential to our partner, this means they are always developing new and more healthy products for their greatly appreciated clients.
Your new role
The CEE Consumer Experience Manager will be responsible for managing the cluster in the region and oversee the projects on all platforms, including digital ones. This role requires a great understanding of the market because you will directly report to the CEE Managing Director. You must be highly responsive and create new strategies that will make the products great success in all targeted countries. Creativity is very important as well as understanding the company’s own approach and values. Understanding the brands and its potential is of the essence of this position.
What the company requires
Fluency in English is a must, because you will use it every day to negotiate and consult. Beside strong communication skills you will have to have at least 4 years of experience in marketing and 3 years in the FMCG sector. Because this is such an international company, they require the willingness to travel abroad if needed. You also have to be a team player, who is dedicated to making the company grow in the CEE region.
