As a Costumer Sales Officer your main task are:

• Proceed the orders to SAP system,
• Work closely with the sales and logistics team,
• Keeping in touch with clients,
• Making sure SLA-s are reached,
• Create and monitor the return deliveries,
• Update the Client’s data,
• Create reports,
• Do ad-hoc administrative task.

You are the ideal candidate for Costumer Sales Officer position if you have:

• Microsoft Excel skills,
• Effective communication skills,
• Confident English and German language knowledge.
