Our prestigious American partner company is looking for Logistic / Export Specialist to join their Customer Service International team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and processing orders
  • Keep contact with customers, partners, suppliers
  • Working together internal and external logistic teams
  • Preparing necessary documents for export
  • Keep control of invoicing and cash collection related to the order

The ideal candidate

  • Fluent English knowledge (German knowledge can be an advantage)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in logistics/export administration or order management, customer support
  • Intermediate IT Skills (MS Office 365, MS Dynamics 365)
  • Excellent analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Able to take initiative
