Our well-established multinational partner who is a global leader on its field is looking to expand its Order to Cash team with a French-speaking professional who will be part of the global team.

The job

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction, quality and cost effectiveness: ensuring all customer orders are delivered as requested on time, and invoices are paid by the due dates.
• Continuously support system and process improvement initiatives, projects
• Assist in external and internal audits, including preparation of supports and materials upon requests.
• Entering and monitoring customer orders in SAP
• Support customer master data set-up
• Manages cash collection activities to guarantee payments arrive on time

About you

• Fluent French and English knowledge
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (AR, OTC, Cash collection, Order management, etc)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Relevant university studies
• Excellent communication skill
• A problem solving mindset
• Precision and accuracy
