Your daily tasks would be
- To be the first point of contact for client entities
- Resolve various exciting types and levels of IT related issues via phone, email or internal chat
- Follow up on ongoing cases and keep users up-to-dated
- Manage administrative duties, register indicated cases and incoming requests
- Complete all relevant administrative tasks

The ideal candidate
- Fluent French and confident English knowledge
- Previously gained experience in IT Support or Customer Service
- Good communication skills
- Affinity towards the IT field
- Logical thinking and ability to solve problems
- Ability to multitask
