French / German International Cash Collection Analyst position is open at our multinational client, who is operating with a Shared Service Center and provides business services in Budapest downtown.

Your new role

• Track orders and manage day to day communication with Customers
• Analysing collection performance
• Identify and escalate risks that could result in late payment of invoices
• Work closely with sales, credit and finance teams
• Manage collection portfolios
• Protect and develop customer loyalty

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent English knowledge
• Fluent German / Italian / French knowledge
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience in Customer Relation Management / OTC / Collection / AR is advantage
• Previous experience of Oracle/SAP or other ERP systems is advantage
