French / German International Cash Collection Analyst position is open at our multinational client, who is operating with a Shared Service Center and provides business services in Budapest downtown.
Your new role
- Track orders and manage day to day communication with Customers
- Analysing collection performance
- Identify and escalate risks that could result in late payment of invoices
- Work closely with sales, credit and finance teams
- Manage collection portfolios
- Protect and develop customer loyalty
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent English knowledge
- Fluent German / Italian / French knowledge
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in Customer Relation Management / OTC / Collection / AR is advantage
- Previous experience of Oracle/SAP or other ERP systems is advantage
