Our partner's Budapest operation is expanding, and looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals for the French speaking team. If you are interested in a position which is a mix of front and back office tasks then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The job

  • order entry into the company's system
  • process customer order requests
  • following up on these while managing customer calls and enquiries
  • handle stock information, provide order reports
  • invoicing tasks
  • managing claims and returns if necessary

The ideal candidate

  • fluent French and confident English knowledge
  • experience from an SSC environment in a related role is preferable (order management, csr, sales support etc)
  • strong customer focused attitude
  • precision and accuracy
  • knowledge of SAP and / or Salesforce is an advantage
