As a Junior Logistics Specialist your main task are:

• Customs declarations and proforma invoices preparation
• Managing requests for a copy of the Delivery Note
• Assist with the administration of other teams in shipments to clients, including SAP flows and acquiring delivery slots from the customers' logistical facilities.
• Monitoring of departures from the warehouse on a daily basis

You are the ideal candidate for this Junior Logistics Specialist position if you have:

• University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills,
• Good communication skills,
• Stable English language knowledge is a must,
• Prioritization management with focus on deadlines.
