What will your daily work look like
Provide technical and theoretical support to establish new manufacturing facilities from Quality perspective. Develop, maintain and continuously improve all related business processes.
Initially this would be focused on establishing an experimental manufacturing line and define related quality requirements. Later this would be transferred to a certified production facility.
Contribute to the implementation of Rolls-Royce global quality system, especially the Manage Supplier process
Participate in internal and external audits
Be an active Change Agent to establish necessary quality culture within the organization
Support the Manufacturing, the Supply Chain team and the whole project team from the quality requirements point of view to accomplish above objectives.
Communicate with Project manager and project team members on activity schedule and status
Coach the team in quality technics like core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, FC, SPC, MSA) and in standard requirements
Support change management in the projects
Ensure manufacturing SOPs and Quality Control Plans created, communicated and trained
Support internal/external project reviews, safety deep dives, preliminary and critical design reviews.
Managing process and product deviations.
Ensure compliance to company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring all records and documentations are correct and maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality within the aerospace or automotive industry (aerospace experience is preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian & English
Experience in establishing new manufacturing facilities, including production equipment and related support facilities
Proven track record in business change management
Willingness to learn continuously
Team player attitude
Capable to work with minimum supervision and setting own priorities
Open, self-driven personality who can work in a changing environment
Knowledge in quality methods: PPAP, APQP, 8D, FMEA, FHA, Root Cause Analyzis
