Do you want to be part of the IT Operations team of a market-leading, Switzerland-based fintech company? We are currently looking for a Payment Network Mandate Expert for our partner in the payment processing domain.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for card companies (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, UPI, etc.)
• Examining and tracking field code set changes
• Track product-level changes at card companies
• Implementing the effects of mandate changes in the organization, working closely with peers
• Documentation of technical specification changes, support for regression tests
• Maximum knowledge of customer specifications and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years proficiency in the payment processing / card processing business
• Chargeback knowledge
• SQL knowledge (queries)
• Knowledge of the processes and language use of card companies (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, UPI, etc.)
• Fluency in English

Work environment:

• Full time (40 hours/week)
• Hybrid work (3-4 days of home office/week)
• Office in the 13th district
• Flexible starting/finishing work
