We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.

  • Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • Analyze and find suitable solutions for issues reported by customers, through contact with them gather data and information about any specific problem that has been reported.
  • Work with assigned tickets, using support tools according to global support processes and procedures.
  • Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology.
  • Solid knowledge of RAN technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
  • Troubleshooting and analytical approach combined with customer facing mentality.
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations.


  • Experience in Customer Support Services or Network Operations within the IT/Telecom industry.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication products (in one or more product area).
