Your new role
- Creating the necessary drawings or instructing and controlling the co-designer.
- Managing design procedures, arranging design works by keeping time schedule and quality requirements.
- Making design records.
- Keeping contact with the relevant authorities.
- Managing permit procedures.
- Design coordination.
- Following construction-related regulations, having up-to-date knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant Degree.
- Min. 1-3 year experience.
- Intermediate level in English.
- IT requirements: MS Office, ArchiCAD
