Your new role

• Technical lead of an Engineering team (4-6 engineers) in the field of 48V Drive and High-Voltage Electronics System Testing

• Organization, follow-up and priorization of weekly tasks of the team members

• Planning system test activities for the project according to project timing aligned with project leader and test manager

• Main contact / interface regarding development activities towards management, partners and stakeholders

• Contribution for competence management and capacity build-up

• Supporting associates in technical activities, regular review of related workpackages

• Contribution for recruitment activities and capacity build up

• Contribution to strategical discussions

• Responsible for High Voltage test laboratories

• Cooperation with different domains across the globe (System Engineers, Software Engineers, Project Leaders,…)

What you'll need to succeed

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in electrical engineering

• Experience in the field of leadership, people management

• Very good communication and problem solving skills

• Very good organization skills

• Experience in the field of automotive engineering

• Experience in the field of system testing or similar

• Experience in automotive HIL systems (e.g. dSpace)

• You have hands-on experience with laboratory / measurement equipments (e.g. power supplies, oscilloscope, digital multimeter,…)

• Experience with High Voltage Electronics is an advantage

• You are a self-starter with excellent risk management skills

• You have very good english skills (German is an advantage)

• You are willing to accept responsibility
