Talent Acquisition Professional position is open at our multinational client, who is operating with a Shared Service Center and provides business services in Budapest downtown.

Your new role

• Direct search of candidates in different platforms
• Manage stakeholders, daily contact with hiring managers, recruitment agencies
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Support the hiring decision
• Administration in BT Recruitment System
• Understand profiles and job descriptions

What you will need to succeed

• English AND Hungarian on a fluent level is mandatory
• Italian or French language is an advantage
• 1-2 years experience in recruitment field (sourcing or interviews)
• Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills
• Customer first attitude
• Openness to participate in different projects
