Talent Acquisition Professional position is open at our multinational client, who is operating with a Shared Service Center and provides business services in Budapest downtown.
Your new role
- Direct search of candidates in different platforms
- Manage stakeholders, daily contact with hiring managers, recruitment agencies
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Support the hiring decision
- Administration in BT Recruitment System
- Understand profiles and job descriptions
What you will need to succeed
- English AND Hungarian on a fluent level is mandatory
- Italian or French language is an advantage
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment field (sourcing or interviews)
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Customer first attitude
- Openness to participate in different projects
