Your new role

• Responsible for (environmental) life time testing of SiC power semiconductor modules for hybrid and electric vehicles according to international standards (example: AQG324 )
• Implement newly developed test methods of power electronics in a subfield of e-Mobility
• Develop and execute measurements, e.g. electrical testing of semiconductors
• Coordinate the sample creation and physical analysis activates
• Interpret test results to internal and external customers
• In cooperation with other developers create the specific lifetime models of the component
• Operate, maintain, and repair of test equipment
• Participate in the establishment of a brand-new laboratory

What you'll need to succeed

• B.Sc. / M.Sc in electrical engineering (adv. high voltage education)
• Basic knowledge in the field of power semiconductors, inverter units
• Experience with environmental testing is beneficial
• Basic knowledge in LabVIEW programming
• Pro-active behavior, strong desire for continuous improvement
• Experience with working on international projects & coordination skills are beneficial
• Process and quality orientation
• Fluent English, German is beneficial
